COMMITMENT OF SUSTAINABILITY
  • Keph Logistics shall not pay any employee (permanent or temporary) less than the current stipulated minimum wage by the Federal Republic of Nigeria at any point in time. This shall also apply to any country the company shall operate in.
  • Keph Logistics shall invest in the continual development and intellectual upliftment of its employees.
  • Keph Logistics shall comply with all tax regulations within its operating jurisdictions.
  • Keph Logistics shall ensure that its’ activities do not cause more harm to the environment, at least within the realistic limits locally available at any given point in time.
  • Keph Logistics shall always ensure the availability of an ergonomic working environment for its employees.
  • Keph Logistics shall comply with current climate/green change protocols in effect within its operating regions.
  • Keph Logistics shall ensure that it does engage in child labour. To this effect, no one less than twenty years of age shall be employed(directly or indirectly) by the company.
  • Keph Logistics shall provide all necessary social and health insurance for its employees. The company shall meet all government regulations in this regard.
  • Keph Logistics shall protect the right of all its employees within the legal requirements of the environment the company operates in.
  • Keph Logistics has zero tolerance for corruption and shall do its best to maintain this throughout its chain of operations and processes.
