To register your trucks or vans with us, the following are required
- The purchase documents. We’re not checking the price of your truck or van; we just want the part of the document showing ownership.
- Document that contains the vehicle details. VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and Engine number.
- Documentation of valid comprehensive insurance. This document shall be updated duly
- Trucks shall have minimum 5 tons capacity; vans shall have minimum 1 ton capacity.
- The truck/van shall be fitted with a tracking device; if this is not available KephLogistics can install the device and charge accordingly for one of the best market rates.
- If the truck/van has GIT cover, please provide a copy. If this is not available, we can take care of it and charge accordingly.
- Vehicle plate number/registration. Registration shall also be updated duly.
- Driver’s license for the truck/van driver(s).
